The Woodridge Interactive team is committed to honesty and personal accountability in our work. As a provider of e-commerce content and search engine optimization (SEO) services, we strive to achieve higher product rankings, traffic, and conversions to create a positive return on our client’s investment while adhering to the following code of ethics:

 

  1. We will create content, increase and retain rankings, improve conversions, and provide an excellent return on our clients' investment to the best of our ability.

  2. We will treat all clients fairly and without bias.
    When we provide services to clients in related spaces, we will do so fairly, in good faith, and without bias. When warranted, we may assign the accounts to separate account managers and specialists.

  3. We will not set unreasonable client expectations. We will set realistic expectations and goals for our services. We will honestly discuss the various outcomes that can be realistically expected and those that cannot.

  4. We will not disclose information about our clients' business or progress, including any proprietary or intellectual property, without prior written consent. All Woodridge Interactive employees and contractors have signed non-disclosure agreements, ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

  5. We will not engage in any activities that intentionally cause harm to a client's brand or reputation.

  6. We will work to ensure that the processes we use follow search engine guidelines and we will not intentionally violate the published rules of any search engine.

  7. We will not intentionally violate any governmental laws or regulations and will faithfully report any accidental violations.

  8. We will exercise due diligence to ensure we do not violate any copyright laws or infringe on trademarks. 

  9. We will ensure our practices are in line with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations for business conduct.

  10. We will not falsely represent others' work as our own.

  11. We will not use any content produced for us by a third party without their express consent.

  12. We will ensure we do not misrepresent the client or intentionally display inaccurate information on the client’s behalf.

  13. We will not misrepresent our services or ourselves.

  14. We will be truthful in relaying all details of our skills, certifications, performance history, resources, and timelines, and never intentionally mislead our clients on such details.

  15. We will abide by our Code of Ethics and agree to conduct our business with full integrity to ensure the continued success of our clients' businesses.
